The Rolls-Royce UK Pension Fund closed to new joiners on 31 March 2007, and to future benefit accrual on 31 December 2020. It was formed following the merger of these schemes:

  • The Rolls-Royce Group Pension Scheme
  • The Rolls-Royce Pension Fund
  • Vickers Group Pension Scheme
  • Rolls-Royce Engine Control Systems Pension Scheme

The Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings Trust

Our defined contribution scheme is designed to help you secure an income for yourself and your family in the future. It includes:

  • A company contribution of up to 12% of your salary
  • Income protection if you're too ill to work
  • A Lump sum benefit in the event of your death

Members who joined the Savings Trust when the Rolls-Royce UK Pension Fund closed in December 2020 have transitional death and ill-health benefits until the end of 2023.
