Retirement advice for Savings Trust members
There's a lot of choice and flexibility when it comes to taking your Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings Trust benefits, so it's good to have someone who can help to create a retirement solution that works for you.
That’s why the Trustees have arranged for discounted access to regulated retirement advice with WPS Advisory for both current and deferred Savings Trust members.
You'll start by registering for the service with WPS Advisory. They'll contact you within three working days, asking you to book a meeting with them. This starts your financial planning journey, which will include advisor-lead meetings and a recommendation. Your advisor will explain the steps required in order for you to make an informed decision in respect of your retirement choices. They'll also keep you up to date with timescales and the level of service you can expect.

All members can access the service at preferential rates and some will have the cost funded for them. Find out more below...
You're entitled to retirement advice that's funded by Rolls-Royce and the Savings Trust on leaving employment. The only cost to you will be a nominal benefit in kind tax charge.
When you leave employment with Rolls-Royce, we'll contact you to explain what happens next. If you want to use the retirement advice service from WPS Advisory, just register your interest on their website and they'll be in touch at a time that suits you.
You can access the retirement advice service from WPS Advisory at a preferential rate of £500 + VAT.
When you're preparing for retirement, you can register for the retirement advice service here. Please don't register until you are certain that you're ready to retire, as this may result in you receiving advice that's not suitable, and you may be charged for it.
You can register up to four months ahead of your planned retirement date.
The funded retirement advice service is a one-time offer for over 55s leaving employment with Rolls-Royce. You have three months after leaving to take this up - if you take the retirement advice later, you'll have to pay for it.
The
funded advice is a standard service covering your membership of the Savings
Trust. If you have other retirement savings or more complex requirements, you
may have to pay an additional fee. WPS Advisory will let you know
if additional fees apply, so don’t worry about
receiving an unexpected bill.
If you don't qualify for funded retirement advice, WPS Advisory will make you aware of any additional fees so you can decide whether to continue or not.
If you have any questions about the retirement advice process, you can speak to WPS Advisory by calling 0808 197 0356 or +44 (0)203 538 9087 from overseas.
For more general help with your retirement savings, why not speak to someone over the phone who is impartial, can give you guidance and help work through your pension options? You can speak in confidence with a MoneyHelper specialist.
Pension Wise from Money Helper is a free and impartial service, backed by the Government. You can get answers to any questions you may have about how your retirement savings work and the options available to you. No question is too big or too small.
The service is not a substitute for the regulated retirement advice from WPS Advisory, but if you want to start making some plans for the future, it's a good place to start.
You can access the MoneyHelper service on their dedicated phone line for Rolls-Royce employees, 0345 602 7021. Lines are open between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and you don’t have to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can book an appointment here.
