Easter weekend closure

Please see the latest service information during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We've completed testing on our new telephone system and this is now operational at the same number as before, 01332 333335.

Initially, the phone lines will be open from 8am until midday, Monday to Thursday. This will enable us to take your calls while still allowing the team to continue working on cases. As always, you can help us by:

  • use the website as much as possible to get the information you need. Before sending a message, please have a look around the site to find the answer to your question - many of the questions we're asked every day can be answered by looking on the site
  • scan and email any paperwork we've asked for, rather than using the post to send it back to us - our email address is pensions.web@rolls-royce.com. Please make sure that the any attachment is not zipped and also check that its size is under 6 MB to avoid it being blocked or rejected. Please don't email team members directly - it causes confusion and duplication of work, which just results in more delays
  • contact us by email, or by using the Contact Us facility of this website. Be specific when contacting us - don't send one line requests with limited information as this will cause delays and may result in you ending up with something you didn't really want. Explain to us clearly what you need - it really helps

When sending an email, please include your pension number so that we can identify you.

Finally, please don't contact us for updates if you haven't heard anything for a few days. We're working as fast as we can at this incredibly busy time.
