In line with many of Rolls-Royce's UK facilities, the pensions department closes for the Christmas holidays at the end of Tuesday 24 December 2024. We'll be open again from 8am on Thursday 2 January 2024.

During this period, any on-going work that we're doing for you will be on hold, so it will take a little longer than usual to respond to you. Our phone lines will also be closed and any emails will not be seen until we return.

However, you can still send us a message while we're away and we'll pick it up as soon as we return. And you'll still be able to get retirement estimates and find answers to your questions online throughout the period.

If you're a pensioner member, you'll have received your January 2025 pension payment on 20 December (this may arrive later into overseas bank accounts) and you'll be able to see your payslip as usual on this website.
