If you're getting divorced, it's likely that you'll be asked by your solicitor to find out the cash equivalent value of your pension. And although you can get a transfer value on this website, your solicitor (or your spouse or civil partner's solicitor) is likely to want something more formal.
We can provide you with this, but first we need you to read our guide to this and also complete and return something known as a PS2 form. You can find this by in the Scheme Information section of this website (it's called Divorce notes and charges). It's a good idea to provide a copy of this information to your spouse or civil partner (or their legal representative).
Once you've returned this to us, we'll prepare all the information you'll need and post it out to you.
You can also find more information about pensions and divorce by reading the Frequently Asked Questions section of Help and Support. We've grouped divorce questions together to make it as easy as possible to access.
